The dangers of the social media

It was awful! Some of my friends and i were just joking around, taking crazy pictures of ourselves. Then, the pictures were posted on social media! Everyone in my school saw them. I was so embarrassed! It's one thing to be silla with your friends. It's very different  when the whole school sees!

In my opinion, it's a very bad thing because Jorge and his friends took those souvenir photos but it wasn't for them to post the photos on social media

However, social media use can also negatively affect teens by distracting them, disrupting their sleep, and exposing them to bullying, rumor-mongering, unrealistic views of other people's lives, and peer pressure. .

1. Avoid social media addiction by limiting notifications

2. Establish a time to review your networks

3. Do a digital detox

4. Delete social media apps from your cell phone

5. Learn how networks work

6. If you find it very difficult, seek help
